|BT TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. Several important matters are to be dealt with by tfie New Zealand Rugby Union a the annual meeting on Saturday evening. Amongst them will be the rules of the proposed Referee's Association, the proposed English tour, the admission of the Canterbury and Southland Unions, and the alteration of the by-laws in reference to appeals to the New Zealand Union. The question of whether permission to play non-affiliated union teams should be absolutely refused will also come up for consideration.
