» . [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Dunedin, Thursday. The executive of the Woman's Franchise League have passed a resolution to be considered by the League, recommending petitions being signed by women only in favour of raising the age of consent to 16 years, and calling on the Social Reform Association, and other organisations of men formed to stamp out vice, to co operate by promoting petitions signed by men.
