London, September 13. - Mr. Huddart thinks that if a fast Atlantic steam service is run in connection with the Vancouver line Australian mails will eventually be delivered in England in twenty-four clays. The route would be, say, from Halifax to Milford Haven, but it would probably cost two millions to establish it.
