London, August 29. Tub Pall Mall Gazette says that owing to the Viscount Drumlanrig receiving precedence in the peerage over his father, the Marquis of Queensberry, the latter threatened to assault Lord Rosebery. The police, however, guarded Lord Rosebery, and eventually the Prince of Wales interfered and settled the quarrel.
