London, August 29. Mr. J. W. Fleming warns intending emigrants to the colonies to beware of the enticement held out by Mr. M. Hume Black, late member of the Queensland Legislative Assembly for Mackay, who was some time ago sent to England by the Queensland Government to promote the. interests of the colony. Mr. Fleming points out, that the Government of the colony which Mr. Black represents rendered no real help to the unemployed during the depression.
