GAS EXPLOSION.
- ■ ■■♦ [BY TELEGRAPH.—"PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Nelson*, Tuesday. A gas explosion occurred this evening at a house in Bridge street just vacated. A plumber was examining the gas fittings, having a light in another room, when an explosion look place, wrecking the interior unci blowing the glass across the street. The plumber's clothing was set on fire, but lie was not seriously hurt, and no one else injured.
