[by tklkorapii.— pbkss association.] Wellington, Wednesday. The Union Steamship Company has declared a dividend for the half year at tho rate of (1 per cent, per annum. The profits on the half year amounted to £11,429, after making due allowance for depreciation. The balance required for the dividend was made up by a transfer from the insurance fund. ___________
