OVERHEAD ELECTRIC TRAMWAYS.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Wednesday. The City Solicitor has confirmed the view of the Tramway Company's adviser that tho Government have power under the present law to issuo a valid Order-in-Council authorising the use of the overhead electric systom.
