SOCIALISM IN ENGLAND.
Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copyright London, November 3. Mr. John Burns expresses himself as satisfied with the progress of Socialism in England, and adds that the time for theory has ended, and that for construction has arrived. Archbiuhop Vaughan suggests that the wealthy classes should start a cooperative movement to help workers, and states it is the duty of the Government to prevent starvation.
