ACTION AGAINST MR. SEDDON. [UY TELEGRAPH. —PUKSS ASSOCIATION.' Wellington, Thursday. In the Resident Magistrate's Court, today, in a case brought by the Irish team in the Opera House tugof-war contest against the Hon. Mr. Soddon, stake-holder, a nonsuit was entered, with £11 costs.
