Christohukch, Friday. At a meeting of the Canterbury Fruitgrowers' Association to-night, the Codlin Moth Bill, now before Parliament, was fully discussed. Its provisions were generally approved, but several amendments were suggested, which the chairman was requested to forward to the Minister for Agriculture. Donedik, Friday. It is considered almost certain that the Otago cricketers will make a tour of the colony during tbo season, probably about Christmas.
