ONEHUNGA BOROUGH ADMINISTRATION.
TO THE EDITOR. Sik,— your issue of this day's date your correspondent, Mr. Yates, alleges that I have given a legal opinion upon the question of opening the Onenunga Cemetery. I have been trying to remember whether I gave any such opinion and cannot recollect having done so. I am of opinion tjaat I have not advised on the matter, and thsit it was never even submitted to me. Your correspondent is, I feel sure, in error on this point.—l am, etc., C. E. Button.
