Of all the children of the German Emperor, the Crown Prince is the cleverest. He is especially devoted to music, and is already a promising performer on the violin. He has his father s passion for the sea and all things connected with it, and possesses a diminutive navy of his own which affords him great pleasuro. He has as yet shown no trace of tho less amiable side of the Emperor's character, being good-tempered, obedient to his parents, and modest.
