LOYALISTS RALLYING AT V COQUIMBO. Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copyright. Valparaiso, September 1. The cruisers Esmeralda, and Lynch, accompanied by transports, have started for Coquimbo, where the Loyalists are rallying. General Baquedano has been appointed interim President. The Court has ordered several officials to he shot. Coquimbo is now < the only place which threatens to give any trouble to the successful party. The foreign Admirals have refused to surrender the refugee > officials unless they are guaranteed a fair trial. Affairs are tranquil at present. The Government officials condemned to death will be shot to morrow. Valparaiso, September 2. It is believed that President Balmaceda has escaped east. The refusal of the foreign admirals to surrender refugees has caused great indignation among the victors. Berlin, September 1. The Chilian cruiser Presidente Pinto has loft Kiel.
