Tna Berlin correspondent of the Times telegraphs that King Gharles of Rou* mania will shortly meet the Prince of Wales for the purpose of arranging the betrothal of Prince Ferdinand (his nephew), heir presumptive to the Roumanian throne, with the daughter of the Duke of Edinburgh. The Neue Freie rresse, of Vienna, also states that King Charles will shortly visit England, but says it is to arrange the betrothal of Prince Fβrdi- . nand to the daughter of the Prince of Wales.
