CHARGE AGAINST CAPTAIN OWEN.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Thamks, Monday. At the Police Court thia morning, Daf id Owen, master of the cutter Gipsy, was charged with the larceny of bones and tallow to the value of £15 lls 10d, the property of George Hunter, of Tau ranga. At tho request of Sergeant Gillies, the Bonch remanded the accused, ta appear at Tauranga on Saturday next, bail being allowed, himself in £20, and two euroties of £10 each.
