THE HUNTLY MINE PROSECUTIONS.
{BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Huntly, Tuesday. In the case Queen v. Collins, judgment having been given against Collins last night, he was, on the Court resuming this mornipg, fined £20 and costs of Court, £67 0s 6d. His other expenses will, ib is said, be between £500 and £600, and the whole case will have cost little less than £1000*
