WELLINGTON NEWS NOTES.
[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] Wellington, Tuesday. MINISTERIAL MOVEMENTS. The Hon. Mr. Cadtnun returned to Wellington last night, overland via Napier. The Hon. Mr. Buckley is expected to return to Wellington to-night by train from New Plymouth. NEW ZEALAND DELEGATES. The delegates to the Federal Convention, the Hon. Sir 11. Atkinson and the Hon. Captain Russell, are expected to arrive at New Plymouth on Friday morning. A special carriage will meet them and carry them into Wellington.
