[by TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Friday. It turns out that the swagger whose mates only knew him as Mick, was not drowned in the Clutha River, as was supposed from the fact of his clothes being found on the river banks. It appears the men were on a spree, and quarrelled. Mick partially undressed, with the view of fighting, and owing to the darkness and his condition was unable to find them again. Mick has now turned up and claimed the olothos.
