Sofia, April 6. M. Bendereff, who is looked upon as one of the instigators of the assassina-
tion of the Minister of Finance, now states that the murder was an act of revenge on the part of a certain section in Bulgaria for the execution of Major Panitza for conspiracy to dethrone Prince Ferdinand. He also says that similar outrages, will be continued at intervals until Russia frees Bulgaria.
