fBY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, Tuesday. The pumping plant to be employed in floating the Wanalca has arrived, and it is expected to get to work to-morrow. The wind is southerly, and the weather favourable. • The Wanaka is in the same position. She is upright, and at high tide looks as if she was afloat. It is expected she will be afloat by Thursday and taken to the breakwater. An official inquiry is to be held in New Plymouth.
