[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. An Extraordinary Gazette, issued to-night, further prorogues Parliament till April 27.

There was a very light charge sheet to be dealt with at the Police Court yesterday morning. Two first offenders, and one against whom there were previous convictions, were placed in the dock, and all were fined 5s and costs, with the option of twenty-four hours' imprisonment with hard labour. Mr. J. Gilmour was the presiding Justice of the Peace.
