THE BRITISH REVENUE. London, April 1. The revenue for the past year was £89,489,000. The Times estimates that the Chancellor of the Exchequer will have a surplus of £1,390,000.
THE MINERS' CONGRESS. London, April 1. The Congress at Paris represents nearly a million men, one-half of whom are trade unionists.
