THE DUNEDIN UNEMPLOYED.
[Br telegraph.-—-tress association.] Dunedin, Thursday. Mr. Hutchison, M.H.R., communicated with tho Minister of Public Works, urging that work be found for the unemployed in and around Dunedin, and has received a reply that the Minister hoped to bo able to deal with tho question in a practical and satisfactory way. The urgency of something being done at once was then pointed out to him, and a reply received that ho would bo able to say in a day or two when he would be in Dunedin, and giving assurances that ho will not delay longer than necessary.
