[ET TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.J Wellington, Thursday. Mr. DkCastko, chairman of the Gulchdr Company, arrives from tho South by the s.s. Waihora to-morrow, and goes on in her to Auckland, accompanied by Mr. A. S. Barron, Chief Engineer for Mew Zealand, the object of their mission being to obtain facilities from the civic authorities to erect plant for the private lighting of the city.
