To-night the Southern Cross Masonic Lodge, Mew Zealand Constitution, unanimously passed a resolution eimlar in terms to that carried at Napier, expressing regret at the unhappy differences among the lodges of the colony, approving of tho efforts of the Earl of Onslow to promote a better understanding, and urging His Excellency to permit himself to be nominated as Grand Master at the quarterly communication of the Grand Lodge on the 10th April. ____^_
