IN MEMORIAM.
KEOGH.—In affectionate memory of my dear father who departed this life on the 17th Dec., 1883, at Waipipi; aged 50 years. Two sad years have passed away Since my dear father was called away. The trial was hard, the blow severe, To part with one I loved so dear. Short was your time, long is your rest, God called you when he thought it best. May the Lord have mercy on your soul 'Tis my fervent prayer. May your bright eyes in Paradise Regain their lustre there ; May God's holy saints and angels Their prayers for you extol; May our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Have mercy on your soul. May his soul rest in peace. Inserted by his affectionate daughter Margaret Keogii.
