PARTY GOVERNMENT.
[by telegraph.—special correspondent.] Wellington, Sunday. Members interested in the abolition of party Government and the adoption of a modified form of the Swiss system, intend to hold a meeting on Monday, to consider what course they should adopt. This party is said to be now about 30 strong, and their position has been materially strengthened by the reduction of the number of members to 74.
