ANGLO-PORTUGUESE DISPUTE. Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copyright. The Portuguese Mozambique Company intend to sue the British South African Company for two millions, losses claimed to be caused by the action of the defendant company in Manicaland. Lord Salisbury is weighing the merits of a scheme by which a band of territory across Africa will be conceded to Portugal together with one million pounds in cash, England retaining free access to both the south and north of Zambesi with a railway through Manicaland to the coast, and possession of Delagoa Bay and the Limpopo River.
