THE REBELLION SPREADING. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Valparaiso, January 20. The rebellion in Chili is spreading. The French and American squadrons have been despatched to protect the interests of the citizens of those countries. Valparaiso, January 20 A portion of the Chilian troops have joined the rebels. It is hoped that the British squadron will remain neutral. The rebel fleet is now blockading Valparaiso.
