We next called on the great firm of Messrs. Goodall, Backhouse, and Co., proprietors of the celebrated Yorkshire Sauce and other table requisites, where we were informed that hundreds of bottles of St. Jacobs oil were sold over their counters every Saturday night, and, as far as they were able to learn, it invariably performed all the proprietors claimed for it, and everyone seemed to speak of its power to conquer pain. This firm, as well as Messrs. Taylor and Co., Jtloo purchase the oil in immense quantities direct from the proprietors in tondon.—Leeds Saturday Journal.
