[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CniLisTciiiT.cn, esc ay. ■Stephen Cole Mople, of Prebbleton, who lied recently, bequeathed the bulk of his iroperty to the Ashburton Old Men's Home m the following conditions —£500 per anium to be paid to his widow till her death >r marriage ; £150 per annum to his son ill death : the balance of income to be set ipart for the Home, but not paid over till be marri ijre or death of his wife, and the lentil of his son, when the income of the vhole estate is to go to the maintenance of he Home, provided the Government grant imuially 10s for every £1 up to £.100 of income. Ttie estate i< sworn under £12,000, and is yielding £1500 per annum.
