DILLON AND O'BRIEN.
THEIR BAIL ESTREATED.
THE DEFENDANTS MISSING. Prut Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Cepyright.
London, October 10. Messes. Dillon and O'Brien failed to put in an appearance at the Tipperary Court on Friday, and their bail was estreated. It is believed that they have secretly sailed for America. [Received October 12, 6 p.m.] London, October 10. There is an impression in National League circles that the action of Messrs. O'Brien and Dillon in failing to put in an appearance at the Tipperary Court was a tactical mistake, but the League will probably pay the amount of bail which was estreated.
