AN INVERCARGILL DIVORCE CASE.
. » [BY TKLEGKAIMf. — I'KKS-S ASSOCIATION.] IsvKHCAitftiLii, Tuesday. Mr. Jdstick Williams sat in the Divorce Court during the afternoon, and granted a decree niii in the case Newton v. Newson and Steward (co-respondent), the husband's petition for divorce on tho ground of adultery. The petitioner and respondent, are Invercargill people. They were married At Melbourne, he being 18 and the 20 at the time. A* lie was earning only 20* a-week, they agreed to .separate after l.wo or three week*. Afterward* the returned to Invercurgill, and cohabited, with Steward.
