COAL DISCOVERY IN VICTORIA.
THE LARGEST SEAM IN THE WORLD. [ReceiTecl September 18,1 a.m.] Melbourne, September 17. A seam of brown. coal, believed to be the largest in the world, has been discovered at Morwell, in the county of Bulu Bulu, 88| miles east of Melbourne. The seam is 597 feet thick.
