Ottawa, September 13. News from Montreal states that Prince George of Wales, who is in command of H.M.s. Thrush, on the Canadian station, and two of his companions, were set upon by six men, who demanded money from them. A fight ensued, in which the assailants got the worst of it. The police were appealed to, and the Prince arrested, but ultimately was identified and set at liberty.
