BANKRUPTCY.
S. E. Cooper,—The creditors of Sidney E. Cooper, bankrupt, met on Saturday, at the offices of the Official Assignee. After some discussion regarding the affairs of the estate, the meeting was adjourned until Tuesday week, when it is to be decided whether the creditors will recommend a public examination of the bankrupt.
J. M. Fkaser.—An adjourned meeting of the creditors of J. M. Eraser lapsed on Saturday for the want of a quorum.
H. Hewlett.—A petition of insolvency has been tiled by Horatio Hewlett, sawyer, Helensville.
