I'ren Association.—b'leetnc Telegraph Copyright. London, July 9. Rain stopped further piny in the Leicestershire match. Later. On resuming the cricket match to-day the wicket was in a terrible state from the heavy rain, and in the second innings the Leicestershire team could not make a stand against the Australian bowling, the eleven being disposed of for the small total of 40. The Australians thus won by an innings and 04 runs. Ferris secured six of the wickets at a cost of 10 runs, Turner three for 22, and Trumble one for 3.
