THE RAILWA Y INSURANCE BILL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Nelson, Thursday. At the annual meeting of the Nelson District Forosters, a resolution was carried that the members of Parliament for the Nelson district bo requested to oppose, by nil means in their power, the proposed Railway Employes Insurance Bill. A standing committee was appointed to act in conjunction with a like committee from other friendly societies in watching any legislation affecting these bodies. Greymouth, Thursday. The local branch of tho amalgamated Society of Railway Servants have resolved to endorse the protest against the Railway Employees' Insurance Bill.
