The total for the month of October was £117,667 15s Bd. Tho beer duty for November was :— Auckland, £944 14s 3d; Wellington, £547 J4s 0d; Christchurch, £1024 12s lid ; Dunedin, £1295 3s 10d: total, £5055 ss. The total for the corresponding month last year was £4105 5s 4d.
