[Br TELEGRAPH. —FP.ES3 ASSOCIATION.] Cheistchcbch, Thursday. The Belfast Erec7ing "Works oponed to-day for the first time since the lire. A party, comprising the directors of the company, representatives of the Shipping Companies, Chamber of Commerce, and other leading men v/ere entertained at lunch, when the chairman, Mr. John Grijjg, alluded to the improved relationship bef.veen the shipping companies and shippers, which was beneficial to the progress of such establishments. Other complimentary toasts were honoured.
