CIVIL CAUSE LIST.
The following cases are set down for hearing at the civil sittings of the Supremo Court, which commence at ten o'clock on Monday : — WITH JURY OF«TWELVE. James Champion v. Charles Maxwell and William Dibble, for £525 damages for slander. Henry- A. H. Hitchens v. New Zealand Patent Medicine Manufacturing Company (Limited), in liquidation, for return of patent rights, etc., or in alternative £5500. WITHOUT JURY. Angus .and Margaret Stewart v. Thomas Coates "and Robert Blair, for taking accounts. Emma te Aouru v. W. H. Connell, that a certain deed of conveyance shall be declared void, etc. Peter Wellington Kent v. Wm. Henry Joseph Baker, that a certain mortgage be discharged and deed cancelled. Louis Ehrenfried v. William _ Lynch, for taking accounts and for writ of injunction. R. H. Abbott and John Connelly (executors in the will of Ruth Oliver v. William Oliver)," for possession of land and for mesne profits. Mount. Wellington Roard Board v. John Vare and Henry C. Bell, that issues be prepared by parties on sheriff's interpleader to decide the right to £44 ia the hands of the sheriff. i
