SERVIA.
THE NEW KING AND CABINET.
Belgrade, March 8. Ex-King Milan's son will assume the title of Alexander I. The ex-Queen Nathalie will return to Servia. The political situation is unchanged. A Radical Cabinet has been formed.
Colonel Gronich, whose Ministry succeeded that of M. Pasties, and held office until after the elections in March, 1888, has formed a new Ministry, of which he is Premier.
St. Petersburg, March 8. The Russian Press are exultant at the abdication of King Milan, of Servia. Vienna, March 8. An uneasy feeling, resulting from the situation in Servia, is increasing.
