A TRAM-CAR OVERTURNED.

[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Wednesday. An unusual accident has happened to one of the two-decker tram-cars on the Northcast Valley line. The horses shied at a hand-cart, and dragged the car off tho rails. The car tumbled over on its side, and was dragged some distance before the horses were stopped. The only passengers wore three women and three children, aDd with the exception of one child, all escaped. Had any passengers been on the upper deck fatal consequences might have been anticipated.
