A DIVORCE CASE.
[by telegraph.—press association.] Dunedin, , Tuesday. In the Supreme Court, Divorce Division, Thomas Henry Rix, compositor, petitioned for divorce from his wife, , Mary Elizabeth Rix, John Livingston being co-respondent. .The husband and wife had been living apart for some years, a deed of separation having been executed. The wife had gone to Melbourne in the Te Ariau, and "it was proved she and Livingston travelled as man and wife. A decree nisi was granted, with casta against) the co-respondent.. . -
