THE PANAMA CANAL.
Washington, January 15. The Senate has passed a Bill which will enable the Panama Canal Company to go into liquidation if necessarj without being forced into bankruptcy. The war vessels ordered to proceec to the Isthmus of Darien are being made ready for sea with the utmost despatch.
