There c will be no guard of honour, I but Colonel b Shepherd will go out to 1 j Onehunga 3 with the vice-regal party. Tlie address to j His Excellency Sir William Jervois by the citizens has been very largely signed, and ' was forwarded to him yesterday by His 5 Worship the Mayor.
