At an early hour yesterday morning, the well-known brigantine Ryno arrived from the Islands with a. cargo of copra and pearl shell, after one of her periodical trips among the groups. Captain Bewicke reports that lie left Auckland on lily 28th last, and reached his first port 01 call, Nine, on August 12. The Ryno made her usual round of visits to the trading stations, and returned to Savage Island in the end of October. She sailed thence for Auckland on October 28th, and after experiencing fair weather, with moderate and varying winds, reached port as above. The schooner Daisy, which had been put on the berth for Norfolk Island some little time a,go. had her destination changed a few days back, and yesterday was cleared at the Customs for Newcastle, whither she takes a cargo of flour, etc. She will sail to-day at an early hour, in charge of Captain Sopwith. _ Having completed the discharge of her lnwurd freight of grain from _ Lyttelton, the schooner Crest of the Wave is to proceed to the Thames, and there fake in timber at agnail's mill for Lyttelton. She will sail today. During the forenoon the barquentine JJevonport is fixed to leave port for Hokia?*.a ' where she will fill up with 200,000 feet 01 baulk timber either for Melbourne or ►Sydney. Early yesterday morning the Colonial gar Company s tine steamer Fiona left for VVnangarei, where she is to coal, and then proceed to Sydney. For her regular ports in the Bay of Plenty the s.s. Douglas sailed yesterday evening with a mixed height.

From Messrs. Arnold, Cheney, and Co. we learn of the safe arrival at Nelson of the clipper American barque Mary A. Greenwood, Captain Tooker, yesterday morning. Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Webb are passengers. The barque will, after discharging part of her cargo of American merchandise at Nelson, come on here with the balance, ai:,d then load gum for New York.
