AUCKLAND SPRING MEETING.
The second day's racing in connection with the Auckland Racing Club's Spring Meeting is to take place to-morrow, and there is promise of a capital day's sport. The fields will be large, and notwithstanding the recent rains, the course is in capital order. As 011 Prince of Wales' Birthday, ladies and children will be admitted free to the course. Christchdkch, Thursday. The racehorses Leopold, Corunna, Escutcheon, and Cuirassier, were shipped on the Mararoa for Auckland this afternoon.
