Wellington, Thursday. The return of immigration to and emigration from the colony during the month of October gives the number of arrivals as 12li0, Victoria contributing 475, New South Wales 392, and the United Kingdom 300. The departures were 2296, of which number 1363 booked for Victoria, and 770 for New South Wales. There were no arrivals or departures of Chinese.

Duxedix, Thursday. The exodus to Victoria from Dunedin appears to have ended at present. Only ten steerage passengers booked here by the Rotomahana, which was one of the favourite boats.
